Dear backers, clients, and supporters,

Today, unfortunately, our project on Kickstarter has been suspended. We believe this suspension may have been influenced by reports from individuals who did not fully understand or believe in our project. However, the official reason we were given is even more concerning, as we were informed that the suspension is related to alleged OFAC regulations.

We want to make it very clear that this is unjust:

• We are not located in a sanctioned country.

• Neither our name nor our bank appear on any OFAC list.

• We have conducted our own investigation and gathered supporting evidence proving that we are not violating any laws.

It is also important to note that we previously submitted a DMCA complaint against the  campaign that used our artwork without authorization, and to this day, we have not received any response from Kickstarter. The person responsible for that campaign has never provided an explanation nor shown any activity, while we, on the other hand, have complied with every requirement.

We have also sent our official response to Kickstarter and included the supporting evidence in this statement, as this situation deeply affects us not only in terms of our reputation but also the operation of our store and now our recovery project as well.

We will continue to insist that this case be reviewed fairly. We are truly grateful to our community for your support and trust during this very difficult time.
